ROUTE TO FIELDSWOOD FROM THE DARTFORD BRIDGE

 From the Dartford Bridge toll booths continue on the M25 for about 8 miles to the M20 junction – junction 3.

 Bear off left onto the M20 heading south.

 Continue South on the M20 for about 10 miles.

 Turn left off the M20 at Junction 2 marked Paddock Wood A20.

 On the slip road, go up a short incline to a roundabout: turn right - 2nd exit - marked Paddock Wood A20.

 Go down a steep hill on the side of the downs to another roundabout: turn right - 2nd exit - marked Maidstone and Paddock Wood A20.

 You go over the top of the M20. Continue downhill to another roundabout: go straight over - marked Maidstone A20.

 Go on to another roundabout: go straight over (going underneath the M26) - 2nd exit - marked A20 West Malling and Paddock Wood.

Go up a hill with Holiday Inn Hotel on your left. In about one third of a mile you come to traffic lights: keep left at the lights marked A20.

 In about 200 yards turn right: marked B2016 Paddock Wood

 Follow this road for approximately 3.5 miles to another roundabout. Turn right - A26 Tonbridge.

 In about 2.5 miles see sign for HADLOW (there is a traffic island and a 40 mph limit sign).

 In about 200 yards the HARROW pub is on the left.

 Take the next turning right (opposite the pond) through a set of wrought iron gates into Hadlow Park. There is a sign at the entrance with the names of the houses including FIELDSWOOD. Once inside, look out for Fieldswood sign, ahead and to the right. There is a red strip of road (see our Hadlow map) where the 40 limit becomes 30. If you cross that you have gone a little too far.
